Neogas promotional draw started!

                                                              Neogas Promotional Drawing started!

From October 5 to December 25, Neocard owners get involve into the raffle with the following conditions:

  • Expendably min. 10 m3 on natural gas purchase
  • In exchange for each 2 point – 1 ticket

Scratch off the surface of the ticket upon receiving the ticket and win the instant prizes: 2, 5, 10 and 20 m3 of natural gas coupons that are given away instantly at the winning place.

The winning coupon can be used on the all stationary stations of Neogas within 30 calendar days from the victory.

On the second part of the ticket write down your personal cell phone number and place it in the existing promotional drawing box at the station.

The ticket will be deemed canceled, if it is damaged, the phone number is not clearly indicated or is not readable, can not pass validation or any other requirement is violated.

The drawing of the main prize – car TOYOTA COROLLA will be held on January 11, 2018, at 18:40 on live of TV Imedi!

The winner consumer can request the prize within 30 calendar days from the drawing and the prize will be given no later than 6 days after submission of the winning ticket from the Neogas Ortachala auto-gas station, address: Tbilisi, Gulia str. №22.  To get a prize, present the winning ticket and identity card.

 

                                     General rules of promotional drawing of LTD “Neogas”

1. Conditions for participating in the promotional drawing:

    1.1 Any citizen of Georgia and / or non-resident natural persons may participate in the drawing:

 - Who owns a “Neocard” and will expendably buy at least 10 cubic meters of fuel through cash or bank card during the campaign at the Neogas auto-gas station (10 cubic meters = 1 ticket, 20 cubic meters = 2 tickets and etc.)

 - Who desires participation in the drawing in the exchange of 2 points accumulated on the Neocard and instead of this, will receive 1 ticket (2 points accumulated on the Neocard=1 ticket of the promotional drawing);

-Unacceptable:

  • Delivery of tickets to customers on purchase of natural gas by accumulate points on the Neocard.
  • When receiving a ticket by points accumulated on the Neocard purchase of natural gas at the gas station with the same accumulated points.
2. The necessary conditions for participation in the promotional drawing

    2.1 To participate in the drawing, the user must pass a Neocard at the gas station, otherwise he/she will not be able to participate in the drawing. A Customer, who does not have Neocard and will have a desire to participate in the drawing, can get Neocard at any auto-gas station under Neogas brand.

    2.2 Legal entities are not entitled to participate in the drawing, as well as LTD “Neogas” and the employers of persons affiliated with it and their family members (mother, father, spouse, children, and siblings).

    2.3 If the ticket owner does not place the ticket in a special box at the station, will not be able to participate in the final drawing.

    2.4 If a user loses or damages the ticket, he/she does not have the right to claim to the organizer.

    2.5 The ticket will be deemed canceled, if it is damaged, the phone number is not clearly indicated or is not readable, can not pass validation or any other requirement is violated.

 

3. Promotional drawing procedure:

   - The drawing and revealing the winner will be carried out through instant lucrative ticketsand cylinder.

   - The unique number indicated on the drawing ticket is a ticket identifier.

   - Revealing the winner of the main prize will be carried out with the unique number through cylinder.

4. With instant lucrative tickets:

     4.1 By scratching the scratching field on the ticket will be possible to win the instant prize. At the same time, the person will be involved in the final drawing by placing each tear-away stubs of delivered ticket in the fixed box at the auto-gas station, (despite the fact that that the appropriate ticket won or not the instant prize), which will be held by the cylinder to reveal the owner of the main prize.

     4.2 The consumer should scrub the scratching field as soon as receives a ticket, tear ticket in two parts, from here one part of the ticket (left) will stay with the consumer and the other part (right) will be placed in a special box fixed at the auto-gas stations. The consumer will specify the personal cell phone number on the part of the ticket, which should be placed in the box, after that he/she will place it in a special box.

     4.3 The won prize though the scratching field (the coupon of natural gas) is given instantly, at the winning place, after that the form will be filled by the consumer, which will confirm the identity of the winner and the fact of receiving the prize.

     4.4 The winner consumer can optionally refuel the vehicle by withdrawing the won coupon of natural gas at all the stationary stations in the network of LTD “Neogas” (except for moving auto-gas stations): (a) upon winning the instant prize (the coupon of natural gas); (b) upon presenting it to all the stationary stations in the network of “Neogas” within 30 calendar days from the moment of delivering instant prize (the coupon of natural gas).

 

5. Drawing of the “Main Prize” though the cylinder

    5.1 The organizer of the promotional drawing will collect all tickets participating in the drawing. Gathering tickers will be at the head office of LTD “Neogas” (Tbilisi, Gazafkhuli str. №18), from where the tickets will be moved in sealed manner in Imedi TV building (Tbilisi, Lubliana str. №5).

    5.2 The television host will reveal the host, who will take the promotion tickets from the cylinder on the basis of probability and will read the indicated phone number on it except the last three digits and the unique number of tickets. Afterwards he/she will call on appropriate number and in case of the answer, he/she will congratulate the victory. If the consumer does not respond to the phone after 3 calls or after three attempts, it can not connect to the consumer (for example, the phone is turned off) the ticket will be removed from the drawing and the host will take the following number from the cylinder.

   5.3 Participant is obliged to present the second part of the winning ticket (which is kept by the customer) and the identity card to get the final prize.

   5.4 The winner consumer can request the won prize on the final drawing within 30 calendar days from the drawing and the delivery of the prize will be no later than 6 days after presenting the ticket from the LDT “Neogas” Ortachala auto-gas station, located on the address, Tbilisi, Gulua str. №22.

6. The time and place of the drawing:

    6.1 Promotional drawing will be held throughout Georgia and the whole network of LTD “Neogas” auto-gas station will be involved in it and also, the existing auto-gas stations under its brand name according to the franchise agreement, through which the LTD “Neogas” implements the realization of natural gas (automobile gas) by refueling the vehicles. Conditions of the promotion will be spread to all the stationary stations in the network of LTD “Neogas”, except for moving auto-gas stations.

7. The instant drawing will begin on October 5, 2017, from 00:00 and will complete on December 24, 2017 at 23:59 pm, delivering the instant prize will be carried out at the winning place;

- Delivering the tickets for the main prize drawing will begin on October 5, 2017, from 00:00 and will finish on December 24, 2017 at 23:59, afterwards, tickets will be collected and the main prize will be drawn on January 11, 2018 through the cylinder through the TV (The drawing will be broadcasted on Imedi TV on January 11, 2018, at 18:40 pm). The delivery of the drawn main prize will be no later than 6 days from the LTD “Neogas” Ortachala auto-gas station, located on the address, Tbilisi, Gulua №22.

8. The terms of delivering the winnings:

 The total timeframe for delivering winning tickets is 30 calendar days. The prize should be delivered no later than 6 days after presenting the ticket (the coupon).

9. Procedure for reviewing claims:

    9.1 In case of any kind of claims regarding organizing a promotional drawing, consumer is entitled to appeal to the organizer within no later than 3 (three) days after the incident. The consumer can state the claim:

- By sending a complaint to e-mail info@neogas.ge

Or

- In written form, Tbilisi, Gazafkhuli str. №18, head office of LTD “Neogas”.

The organizer takes decisions on consumer complaints no later than 20 days from the day of receiving the claim. The complaint will not be considered after delivering the prize.

10. Final Provisions:

      10.1 Consumers will be able to request the information contained in the regulations at the territory of the auto-gas stations. Also it will be on the company website: www.neogas.ge

and Facebook: ნეოგაზი/Neogas.

      10.2 It is not permitted to receive a cash instead of a prize.

      10.3 By getting the prizes, the winners agree with the organizer that that winner’s photo-video material should be used for any type of advertising purpose, any media and social channel without any additional consent.
